High Temperature Muffle Furnace
Used for ignition, fusion, ash determination etc.
Construction: Outer body is made of Mild Sheet duly powder quoted and Muffle Inner chamber is made of High Temperature Resistant Board to withstand high temperature. Insulation by bricks shell/vacuum moulded ceramic fibre. Mounted on angle iron construction with a hinged type swing out door and lined with insulting bricks helps the operator to open or to close without any effort. A peephole with a sliding cover will be fitted at the centre for observation. the ceramic will be open.

Temperature Control: Honeywell make Model DC 1010 PID, 8 Step Programmer Type Program Range 8 Step Dimply LED. Control output: 0 to 5V. Sensor Input: PT RH. Thermocouple, The PID programmable Temperature Controller can program any increment from 2ºC to 20ºC per/minute in rate of heating or as per your desired set point, Thyristor Controller Furnace, 220v Single phase. Control Input 0 – 5VDC
Control panel: Fitted with : Honeywell make Model DC 1010 PID Programmer Temperature Control and provided with Main lamp, Load lamp. Toggle switch. Complete with plug top, cable.
