Door: Double walled covered insulated door.

Insulation (2 Stage Type):

FIRST STAGE - 21 mm Cumilla c 32/HFK 32 (Carborundum) tiles, temperature withstand capacity 1000°C

SECOND STAGE- High Temperature Fibre 1" thick Board, temperature withstand capacity 1100°C

Outer body temperature less than 70°C/80°C .

1.Temperature Range: Maximum temperature 1100ºC, Working Temperature 1000ºC Accuracy ±1.5°C

Temperature Control: Controller is fitted with transformer , With ON/OFF type Digital-Temperature _cum _Controller.

Control panel: Consist of the Following:

• Single Phase 220/230V ,50/60Hz
• 1 No. Micro-processor based –Digital Temperature-Cum-Controller (Multispan /Selec/any other best quality. . Safety Digital Controller is provided to avoid bumping of temperature and cut off the machine if the original digital controller fails to work
• 1 No. MCB 45 Ampere (TPN).
• Connecting Cable Wire 6Sqmm² Fenolex/Havels/ RRCables or equivalent.
